I had treatment in college with isotretinoin (Accutane) and then another round of it in grad school. It was ultimately effective, though I had significant drying in my lips and face. Is this a medication you've tried? If so, how did it go for you?

Yes , i have tried it. It went well for me. But after few months i got acne again. I have tried it 3 times in my life and every time after few months of treatment, i got acne again.
