That sounds very uncomfortable @annac3. We're you planning breast reduction before getting the PASH diagnosis or is that part of treatment?

Breast surgeon and I initially discussed lumpectomy since I have smaller malignancy. Then plastic surgeon suggested oncoplastic reduction based on exam and review of the case as a whole. I also have pre-existing lymphedema in right arm, and she’s going to do a lymphovenous bypass with the reduction surgery.
