Can I get cancer follow up at Mayo Clinic JAX? Oncologist in Colorado

newly diagnosed parotid gland cancer and scheduled for surgery in Colorado. Reside in Fla during the winter months. If follow on treatment is required can I receive treatment in Jacksonville?
