Hi @jager5210 and @johnhans, my Internet service provider switched to a new email system that uses strong spam mail appliance and it was preventing a lot of my Connect emails from even reaching my inbox or the spam folder in my email program. It just plain blocked the emails. The good thing is that after I realized what was going on the customer has the ability to log into the spam appliance and see all of the emails that were blocked and then release them into their inbox and add the sender to a friends list so that it's not blocked in the future. I also have a email filter setup to move Connect emails to a specific Connect folder in my email program as soon as they are received.
