@karen00 Good for you for starting an investigation on how food affects us. I for one will be interested in what you find out. @lioness has used tumeric tea, or supplements, with some good results. Keep journaling, paying little mind to grammar/spelling/train of thought. Get things out of your mind and it will help, I can attest to that! Take each day as it comes, or each hour if that is what works for you.

I don't know much about your illness. This is all new to me. But recently I started eating all organic everything. Yes it's very expensive but I have noticed a huge difference. And no sugar. Yeah that part sux. Good luck
