@cindee60, how are you and your husband doing?
Hello @cindee I’ve been thinking of you. How have you and your husband been doing? Are you comfortable sharing with us?
@cindee60 I have often wondered about the many different protocols for treating pancreatic cancer. The chemo drugs have also changed since my diagnosis. For me, 2 weeks after my diagnosis I had 4 days of further testing. Two weeks after that I had my Whipple. Then I had 6 months of IV chemo. Each month I had 3 weekly infusions of gemcitabine followed by a week off. They didn't even put in a port. Towards the end it became harder to find a vein that would work. One time they had to stick me 5 times before they could start the chemo.
