I pull with coconut oil daily which can also help with dry mouth for those with this problem. I pull while I shower and go about morning chores.

I discovered that coconut oil spray used for cooking works better for me than biotin and keep a can in my night table for a little squirt if I wake up before I’m ready to get out of bed. I told my dentist and he’s trying to can it in a smaller container and market it. I suggested that he flavor them. If you see it in the drugstore someday you heard it here first.
