Hi,
Wow...buckles in both eyes...my buckle is in one. I can understand your reticence or caution with your eye history. If lenses are not an option for you...those glass lenses don’t have to be that thick. Perhaps they can make a thinner and lighter lens....I had that done before the cataract surgery but they were probably not as thick as yours.
I have a great Doctor at the Tarpon campus which is nearest to me. Pitt Gils did the cataract surgery on mine and my granddaughter went to high school with one of his children. They must do thousands a year which is one of the reasons I switched.
St Luke’s is a very caring and Christian facility..their staff is amazing and the appointment processes are flawless.
