Fit, do you know what brought on your bad case of IBS? What have you tried so far to control the symptoms?

I have started taking Align on Tuesday. Hoping it helps. Gastroenterologist ordered that. I also take 2 Colestipol tablets every day which was prescribed about 4 years ago. Last month I had weekly severe diarhhea episodes.
