Hearing partially losing problem

My daughter can hear all the sounds come out from devices such as (TV, Mobile phone, Horn, etc) but never response to me when i call her. please support me or guide for a proper treatment.

Since i was new in this site and really hadn't any idea about what capacity really the users have in here,, so thank you for supporting me for figuring out about the people around here.. you really cleared my mind just in one comment.

I'd like to understand more about your daughter's hearing loss. Has she been diagnosed with hearing loss? Is it a worsening condition?
