THANK YOU! I really appreciate the kind words. I think I am going to incorporate regular exercise and do some changing of my diet. It may not be what I necessarily like to eat but I don’t want to live with this flare any longer either. I’m truly wondering if it’s something I’ve been eating wrong that led to this UC diagnosis in the first place? It’s just so odd to me how so many people have GI issues. Either that or we are talking more about them??? I really needed your positive reinforcement! I will let you know how it works out. Take care.
