I forgot to mention that I just called and made an appointment. I have Medicare & a 2nd Insurance. Mayo does not accept Medicare consignment so Medicare pays me 7 then I have to pay the Mayo Clinic. They can charge up to 15% higher but so far I only had to spend a few bucks out of my pocket. It is a 4 hr drive from my home so it is very difficult to get there. Keep me posted..

Thank you for your reply. I had a stool specimen this week and it showed that I have exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. The level should be 200mcg and mine was less than 15. That is probably why I have been losing weight and I am very tired. Starting on pancreatic enzymes tomorrow. So sad that I was on Omeprazole so long, since the doctor thinks it may be the cause. Keep me posted on your events.
