I am so confused -----last night I wanted to log on to post and I could find no way to get on site. I am not sure where I belong! I typed in Mayo clinic connect and I could find no site at all. It took me to some back page and I typed in search and they said no for chronic page, no for pusental neuralgia,no for neuropathy! They said I was not a registered member, I had not filled out profile and I did the day I joined Dec.4th----I could not log in anywhere. I finally found "help" and they took all this information and said they would get back to me.I am only on here now because I got mail from this site and it brought me here! Please explain what I am doing wrong?

@trishj46 I am tagging @ethanmcconkey as he is one of our resident techy gurus, to see if he can assist you in the dilemma! Don't look to me to fix the situation, I am techno-geekless and would probably mess it up further! I hope that your issue gets fixed soon. Thank you for reaching out to let s know!

@trishj46, when you receive this email notification just click the View & Reply button at the bottom of the email and it will take you to the Feeling at my wits end with Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia discussion in the Chronic Pain Group where you posted your question.

If you go to the top of the page and click the My Profile link by pointing to the down triangle to the right of your profile, it will show you your profile and you can scroll through all of the posts that you have made on Connect and find the Groups and Discussions you've posted in. That way you can go back and find discussions where you've posted.

When you click the View & Reply, look at the top right corner of the window to see if it shows that you are signed into Connect. It may be that you were logged out by the web browser program (Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) and then you can only view dicussions but not post any questions or responses until you login.
