Hi , I’m so sorry ! I CAN relate !!! I walked the beach in Florida 3 years ago and know I got parasites ! My whole body is being eaten ! My calves muscles r twisted my fingers and hands r know all bent I have lumps ( parasites ) on both eyes yet NONOE will even look at me or test me . I have even gone to infectious disease at Beth Israel in Boston and they still DID NOT even look at me Basically they said I was crazy . II am not ! LIKe u my body is being eaten . My knees r know square !!! Painful . I’m so sorry for u . I will pass on any answers I can get to u but they have gone as far as lie and said they did 2 Biopsy’s that were NEVER done ! Ur in my thoughts . Sorry I can’t help u more as I am in same boat . My life is no longer worth living because my whole body has been invaded . It’s not mine . TAKE CARE , LISA 😊

Have you been to a dermatologist? They can take scrapings of your skin and look at it under a microscope to find out what is giving you these symptoms. Some of the symptoms you speak of would not make sense as far as parasites would go..but it may be something else entirely that just feels like parasites. There are many conditions that give the sufferer the feeling of bugs crawling on and under your skin. A dermatologist would be able to help.
