Hi @glennstarkey, I add my welcome. I got a $25 one off Amazon, Healthmate Forever. Seems to help when my feet and lower legs feel bad, like a different type of buzzing and tingling. But shortly after use I am back to where I was. I used it daily at first then sporadically. Research claims it can help 😏 but only $25 and plenty of good reviews, easy to use after first time, and from what I’ve read any purchased for home use are not dangerous.
@wosfloj Yes you are correct I have used at TENS at home for 10 years . I have had no problems with the machine or when putting it on my body ,since you control how much of the intensity you want . Love mine . My chiropractor use one on me before he adjust and relaxes my muscles

Lastek Cold Laser Therapy Device - for Non-invasive Drug Free Pain Relief , they have them for $119 on up. It helps with all kinds of pain
This last one I bought, was a gift for my sister in law because she liked mine so much. I also have the one for $329, the only difference that I can tell is: is case, glasses and it pulses besides staying steady lights. I use mine at full power for 10 minutes and it does fine, my husband uses it for 30 minutes. So, dont be afraid to experiment because it cannot burn you, it gets a little warm but never hot. Chiropractors and Veterinarians use them all of the time. It is a lot cheaper to buy your own (they usually charge $50-60 a visit) One man was paying $150 a week and he was dipping into his savings to pay it, he was very happy when I told him about this one. Good Luck

Lastek Cold Laser Therapy Device - for Non-invasive Drug Free Pain Relief, I just saw on Amazon the one I have, they have a few for $115, great price because they normally start at $169. Good luck, Mary
Yes, I have had some good results with the tens unit. I now have an implant that I can use anytime or set to be on all the time. Like everything I've tried, it helps the pain but doesn't take it all away. Sometimes when it is very bad I use all the options available to me. Those being my pain control implant, the pain medications and just staying off my feet. It is good to try the TENS machine for a while before getting the implant. It will give you a good idea whether the implant will be successful or not.
I have been going to physical therapy. There they have been dry needling (form of acupuncture) my foot and attaching tens units. It seems to help, unfortunately I am on my feet all day and I regress. When I took time off with the therapy it worked. I have used just the tens unit and did not find it helpful.

It did not work for me, I use a cold laser therapy device(10 minutes on each foot on high power). which I bought from Amazon. Hemp cream is also good.
Which cold laser device and hemp cream did you purchase from Amazon?
