Ive has PF for many years on and off. I am a very active person and have had cortisone injections a couple times.It helps for awhile. I also have orthotics. I think it is much better for now because I am doing stretches and massage. The 'downward facing dog' yoga stretch is helping! I do it every morning! PF is not fun!
