Hi everyone. I too had become, chemo and radiation and am now on anastrozole. Sorry for the silly question, but what are the infusions you are getting and what are they for?

Hello Karendb, part of losing your estrogen, from treatment, menopause or both is losing bone density. The zometa infusions are to strengthen your bones. In some cases because we are special we get to lose our estrogen earlier than normal, and more completely. This can cause us to lose bone density younger and need early intervention.
