@bustrbrwn22 Omega 3/6/9 are totally effective against dry eye. However, I can only say that for what causes my dry eye, they work.

@bustrbrwn22 The Omega3/6/9 supplement is interesting and might be worth pursuing. However, I’m on several post-transplant meds yet. So before I take anything it needs to be run past my transplant team pharmacist and doctor. But it’s worth checking into. I’ll be sure to post results if I do take it.
