@maryy
I've had dry eyes for years due to 9 eye surgeries from the age of 3 onward. I found that Similasan dry eye relief eye drops are soothing. However, because of lung problems I have in the last 3 months have started running a vaporizer and found my dry eyes have gone down exponentially! If you all have one, just try running it and see if it helps. Be sure the unit is clean.

@maryy yes, vaporizers are good. Moving to Ireland is also good for "moisture seekers". The other helpful suggestion from my old opthalmologist was to wear swim goggles at night when you sleep. Keeps all the moisture in. Definitely helps. Soaking the eyelids with a hot compress helps if you are also prone to blepharitis. Helps to unblock the glands.

@trixie1313 I have to use it also in summertime as in SOCAL the humidity is in the 30 or lower so I use it in summer or when the Santa Anna winds blow
