I have been using Xiidra for a few months and I think it works well. The only issue with it is when you put it in, your vision is blurred for about 15 minutes.

That's good to hear. My opthalmologist gave me steroid drops to use for a couple of weeks prior to/ or along with the xiidra in order to reduce the occurrence of stinging and burning. Seem to remember her saying it takes a number of weeks until you know if it is helping.
