Hi there, Peach here. I also have macular, gloucoma and dry eyes plus Sjogrens. I have used Xiidra. Still do. But it really does not help me. I still continue to use it because I am grasping at straws to hopefully keep whatever sight I can because I am legally blind and continue to lose more sight as time goes bye. Just purchased a new keyboard with very large letters and enhanced with a white background and black lettering. It is a big difference so I am sharing this for all. (As well as changing the font to a higher degree). By the way I am on Lumigan, Alphagan, Xiidra or The other one (forget the name} as well as much much Systane and Systane Ultra. I guess my nickname should be hope. So there we are people continue the big fight. Love, love, love.

Systiene was recommended to me too, but I use CVS products which work very well,( opthamologist is impressed) and are cheaper!
