Thanks . I have Sjogrens Syndrome too, unfortunately. Do you take any medication for Sjogren? Methotrexate or Azathioprine?

What is Sjogrens Syndrom? I was diagnosed with a blocked tear duct and my left eye is so dry. I just didn’t know if this was related to it. I’m just now trying to research everything I can on my condition. Thank you!

I take pilocarpine it seems to help some.

Have never been diagnosed with Sjogren’s but was suffering with very dry mouth beginning in 2019 following a nose surgery to remove a polyp, and ENT prescribed Pilocarpine. It can be taken up to 3 x per day. I take 2 x per day for dry mouth! I understand it is often prescribed for those with throat cancer undergoing treatment and having very dry mouth. I have had no side effects from it.
