@moables011, have you thought about seeing a dermatologist or a specialist? I have no medical training or background but it definitely looks like something that should not be ignored so it's good to be trying to figure out what the cause is. I found a similar picture of a venous leg ulcer.

Yeah I saw that too I'm seeing an urgent care now for a follow up from yesterday but the doctor had no idea what it was caused from.
