It's a good idea to always consult with your health care professional before using any supplement.Researching vitamins and minerals will always pay dividends. I found Dr Atkins Vita Nutrient Solutions book written in 1998 to be an easy to understand resource. I'm sure it's available on line. However, similar information is probably available near you. I overlooked including Krill oil to search on for dry eyes.
