Has anyone heard about a new topical product called DiabaSens?

Posted by kayladog @kayladog, Jun 4, 2019

I've been dealing with small fiber neuropathy for 12 plus years and found this product Diabasens recently approved in Canada for Treatment of neuropathy.
Diabasens is a topical cream marketed by Innovus.
Let me know if anyone has any experience with it or is it just another scam.

You can check out the reviews on Amazon, it doesn’t seem to be of much help and actually caused a rash for one user.

I haven't heard of it until I did a search. I did find some information on it but it looks like it is targeting people with diabetic neuropathy.

Thanks for taking the time to provide all the additional information.
I had seen the reviews and Innovus information but couldn't publish links because I was a new member.
I just have to figure out if it's worth $100.00 to find out if it provides any relief.
I would certainly pay that if it works but have spent to much time and money on no relief.

I'm in the same boat with you. I think I've tried about everything, spent a lot of money (and Medicare money), had some relief, but still looking. If I knew what caused my IPN, I'd be happier.

This product is a total scam, & I fell for it. A search of Health Canada for "Innovus Pharmaceuticals" provides nothing, and the link they provide is NOT from Health Canada, but from some other site https://dlife.com/diabasens-approved-in-canada-to-relieve-cutaneous-pain-associated-with-diabetic-neuropathy/

There is absolutely NO mention on the label of the jar that even remotely hints at relieving neuropathy. In fact, it DOES say "...specifically formulated to warm and moisturize dry, chapped skin.

I have already contacted Health Canada about this company. No results yet.

I feel the same way. I have a Ziplock bag with all of the assorted creams that are on the market and nothing has helped.

I Did Check the Health Canada Web Site for Licensed natural products and it was registered 2019-02-26.

Not to say that it isn't still a scam.

If it wasn't for your link to this, I could still have NOT located this 'approved' product. I can also tell you that I called the company and received a complete refund, minus $10 'shipping & handling' even though I told them I had nothing left to send back to them. The product does NOT work, and as noted on the label of the jar, is not even formulated to treat neuropathy discomfort.
Thanks

Some people don't have much conscience - they are willing to scam sick people. Look at the main ingredient, compare it to less expensive creams, see if there's any difference. Peggy
