@smilie physical exercise can sometimes release different types of hormones that let us start to feel our feelings. Perhaps see crying and the shaking are the result of emotions that you have been bottling up inside coming out. In that situation the physical exercise is a very good thing to do so that you don't think keep things bottled up. You mentioned that your doctor had changed your prescriptions around. Have you checked with that doctor to see how long it will be before you should expect to see some changes? Let him or her know about the issues that you are currently facing. I am crying and I’m not sure why? Maybe I should walk around in the house because it’s a rainy day, but the way that I’m feeling, I can’t get off the kitchen chair unless I have to go to the bathroom.
