Yes I would like to know

Very hard to nowadays- but I forced myself to get outside no matter what- in light of what I know to be true never less it is a struggle. I’ve i get out though, it is better for me health wise ( my back and knees are the reason for movements... I pay for it dearly when I do not- pain/ stiffness, etc even in the difference of my movements. Being hearing impaired as well, I went to Rochester for the convention for hearing loss and jazz and I was in pain coming back because I walked less but I was out more. The way I move / walk:/ bike ( more again ) makes a difference . Nature and critters makes things better .
Reading my thing and if I could I read all day- I cannot
