@imallears For your bruises have you ever tried Arnica it's made for bruises and pain. For my pain I use it mixed with essential oils ,have used it on bruises Right now 8a.m. It's 58degrees .

@lioness - Arnica is a great suggestion My husband bruises easily and I'm going to try it on him. Thanks for the tip.

I too have used it but wish results were faster, but it definitely works.

What essential oils and how much? I swear by árnica for years now and heals ‘whatever ails you’ over and above the traditional otc antibiotic ointments.

While arnica does work on other parts of my body (different type of bruises), it does not work on the senile purpura. I have tried everything with no success. I would wear long sleeves to hide my hideous arms, but I too live in Flordia.
