I will answer all of your questions. The morning is ok. For breakfast I have cream of wheat banana, and sugar free peaches and tea. Sometimes I have a peanut butter and jelly or ham and cheese sandwich. I had an implant done. That was done after BMS. From 3 o’clock to 5 it is bad so I swish my tongue with 2 percent Lidocaine. Sometimes it helps to eat something. Sometimes I have a Halls cough drop. After a trying bland dinner it starts to not sting or burn, practicing deep breathing helps When I lay down and I am ready to go to sleep, I don’t feel anything. I find I can not eat salted foods, tomato sauce, or citrus. Applesauce and apples are very tasty. Before I couldn’t taste anything. I started to drink hot water. I noticed that when I stick to my sugarless diet the burning subsides. Hope this answers some questions. Yes It helps me to communicate with others knowing that I am not alone.
