Sue225: I've been on it for about 3 months without incident. Very convenient and my LDL dropped to 50. (below 70 required because of an event.) Triglycerides were 47. No more walking the line and trying to get it down a few more points. Best wishes. Repatha takes good care of you with convient calls to RN's and scheduled notices for taking the medication.

Thanks. I just saw the endocrinologist who prescribed Repatha. We use different measurements in Canada. However, 5 months later, my LDL is down by 50%. For any Canadians reading this it was, 6.18 (I know, scary high) and is now 3.26. (Total number is 6.07).
The doctor told me I will stay on this until something else comes along.
Not a lot of people are on it here. It is very expensive. My husband still has a company private plan so at the present time, I have coverage.
There arent enough positive stories on this site. So, thankyou for sharing. Its important for those searching for answers to their health problems not to be scared of conventional medicine. So again, thankyou.
