DAY 15 - I'm continuing to use the F&M oil w/ lotion on my feet.. and having fewer hot burning flares now.. Basically, I rub it on my feet when they flare up and it lasts more than 12 hours before having to do it again. With the red hot burning happening less often, now I am more aware of the edgy creepy feeling of neuropathy in my feet and legs.. which is very uncomfortable.. I am able to distract myself from that as long as I keep my mind occupied with online leaning classes, games, etc.. Still stay off my feet as much as possible and keep them up, otherwise the blood wants to puddle in my toes and that starts the pain up again..

DAY 17 - My feet are definitely burning less now.. I used the F&M oil/lotion yesterday morning when I woke up, but have not used it since and it's now bedtime on the second day! My feet are now very cold to the touch and not red at all.. Yesterday I wore 2 pair of socks at the same time and that felt very good.. Today I tried a pair of my husband's larger loose (on my foot) WOOL socks and my feet are feeling so much happier! They are still icy cold to the touch, but the wool socks are keeping the small fiber nerves from acting up on me.. I haven't been able to wear shoes for the past few months, and am still not trying to.. I have no idea what is happening, but am feeling so much better.. It is wonderful to stand and walk without pain or having to hurry to get my feet up again.. I will continue to post my experience.. and please remember that I have Erythromelalgia along with neuropathy.. so it's been a struggle...
