My dad has a mass on bladder and kidney not functioning

Doing ok. Thanks for the info. My dad had similar therapy when all this started with prostate cancer was told the prostate cancer was gone. Had been following up- then the bladder cancer was found.
I know He has to do the next thing in line and he is. Praying God heals him. Thats where my hope is.

Just a lil update- Dad will be getting a biopsy next friday on the two spots they found where his kidney used to be- *then on to proton therapy- ( hopefully if insurance pays)

@formydad Thank you for checking in. We'll be supporting you, and your folks, and waiting to hear the results of the biopsy. I hope that otherwise you all have escaped the flu and winter illness going around.

Thanks! - so far... i did have a stomach illness in jan but not much since. Yes definitely trying to stay healthy! Especially being around them. Thanks for the support. We are burying my husbands mother soon. Really wakes you up to pay attention to life..priorities- death does. Thank you for the support. ❤️

I must salute your loving dedication to your parents and how you’ve taken on part of their burden. If I had a daughter, I would wish her to be like you! Was your dad able to have the drains successfully removed?

Thinking about you and your dad's recent biopsy. I hope that all went well.

Yes- they went through his back biopsied four spots he is still awaiting results and next steps- he currently struggles with intense itching and cant seem to get relief or answers from docs. Im sure he will keep asking till hopefully he could get some direction. Thanks for thinking of him! Ill let ya know as soon as we hear. Thanks!

Oh doing ok 😊 itching just driving him up a wall but i did get him that cream that was suggested and im sure its part of it all with the ostomy now... just waiting in biopsy report and next steps 👍🏼 -mom now has an apt for mri issues with her stomach - praying for answers on that one... we have my motherin laws funeral sat. Sonita been a lil somber around here but- Im just being the helper i was created to be for my husband through all this. This is life and i know tomorrows a new day so its ok. Thanks for all the encouragement and ill let ya know more as soon as i do! ❤️
