@lioness I just talked to Judi, she suggested these things

no Keto diet for me, that's a fad thing, cannot keep up with fad diets
30g of carbs is my target
drink four bottles of water a day
no fasting, eat 3 meals
eat 1 fruit, mostly veggies
have the nuts, but small portions, like 8 almonds is a good snack in the afternoon
LoseIt has me targetting 1400 calories to lose 20 lbs by September, that sounds reasonable to me
no rice, no potato chips, no potatoes,
eat a balanced diet, smaller portions

@user_ch53e9c09 Thanks that sounds good I mostly eat this way but stray sometimes I do 3bottles of water so will up that and slack off the potatoes white food you need to stay away from I know thanks here,s wishing us happy eating 😃
