Hi @kamalgeenath. You'll notice that I moved your message to this existing discussion about height and growing for teens.

As far as I know, there isn't a specific sleeping position that would help you get taller. It's more important that you sleep comfortably so the you get good sleep. Sleep and exercise are important for your health overall, but also important for your spine.

Genetics is the main factor that determines your height. Are your parents and grandparents tall?

Welcome to Connect, @kamalgeenath Both my son and my daughter continued to grow during their college years, as did many of their friends. One boy we knew grew at least 6" during that time! If your parents are taller than you are, then chances you will grow more. My son is at this point taller than either my husband or me but not by a huge amount.
The boy I mentioned who grew quite a lot is substantially taller than either of his parents now but there must be some tall genes somewhere within his relatives.
