My daughter has a lot of painful urination that comes and goes since a small toddler… they diagnosed her with cystitis… Which just means a very sensitive bladder… Oregano oil drops under the tongue three times a day helps a lot… The oregano oil needs to have the P73 in it… You can get it at vitamin Shoppe… Coconut oil helps her a lot. It is an antibacterial… I hope this isn’t too much info, but put it down there. It seems to ease her pain and she uses unscented soaps like kiss my face, olive oil, one they recommended Cetaphil, but it does not work… Purpose is a really good one to that’s the one I love and you can also use goat milk, bar soap, or castle soap keep trying different ones until you find the one you like the most… Try to eat healthy foods without a lot of cayenne pepper, or a lot of acid or fried foods… And whatever you do, don’t drink carbonated drinks or caffeinated drinks unless it is green tea… Green tea seems to help things a lot, too and water or just plain water. I hope this helps you at least some and I know it’s a very stressful thing to go through but you will get better. If you do these things God bless you and I wish you the best.

According to this information on Chlamydia from Mayo Clinic
"Chlamydia trachomatis is treated with antibiotics. You may receive a one-time dose, or you may need to take the medication daily or multiple times a day for five to 10 days.
In most cases, the infection resolves within one to two weeks. During that time, you should abstain from sex. Your sexual partner or partners also need treatment even if they have no signs or symptoms. Otherwise, the infection can be passed back and forth between sexual partners."
