@johnbishop Hey John, thanks for info but I have more questions. How do I send a private message? When I “view a reply” I see more posts than show up in my email. Why? What is the Connect window and Connect guide? Thank you ! ...... Karen

@karen00 - Get Started on Connect guide has all of the common "How to's" with step by step instructions, including how to send a private message.
