@frogger I have recently tried the cilantro and I didn't think much of it until I stopped and my Grover's got worse. I am back to putting cilantro in my morning smoothie and then I eat a bunch more
raw before dinner. It seems to have taken the redness and itchiness away but the bumps are still there yet smaller. As for exercising, I've noticed the harder I work out with exertion, the worse my Grover's is. I have to shower with cool water right after. Wearing the right kind of clothing to wick the sweat helps me. Maybe in time with continuing to eat cilantro, my Grover's will be less after workouts. Good luck! I've also begun light therapy.

My itching diminished by 95% when I started vitamins A and D. Not sure if that’s what worked but I had been in misery since January. I’m starting cilantro today. I’m trying any and all methods.
