I make a smoothie with 1 bunch of cilantro, a little sherbet and banana with a tsp of Chlorella and water. Others use avocado you can get more info on Cilantro and Grover's and recipes at https://earthclinic.com/ailments/grovers-disease/cilantro-remedy/ Some people see results in a few days, others take longer (some people don't get relief) . Give it a good month or so. It is something I will likely have to do daily until (or if) it goes into remission. If I miss a day, I feel it start to come back. Also, I do work out again and with the exception of the few small "hot spots" I mentioned, I remain 99% clear. Best of Luck!

I have improved with vitamins—50,000 IU of A and 6,000 of D. Unsure which one is doing most good. Started after reading about some different methods….and out of desperation. Finally sleeping at night. But losing competitive edge with my running. What happens now when you work out? When you sweat?
