Have you thought about the cause of your depression and anxiety? Change in family structure? Health issues or medication changes? Did you move recently? There are many reasons we may go through depression and anxiety. Sometimes it feels like that dark cloud surrounding us will choke our very soul. Like so many have said, finding a bit of brightness in your day, even if it is a flower opening to the sun's warmth, can be a start.
