Hi @sue225 it must be frustrating to have this side effect to linzess.

I wanted to introduce you to @tracy430 @irenec and @agoodmind4u all have experience with linzess and may be able to share how they have done with this prescription.

Back to you @sue225 how long have you been on this medication? Was it just the one time dose?

Yes, only tried it once. It worked, however, I had lots of pain, for many hours; enough to keep me up all night. I have a long history of adverse drug reactions. Will see what other Linzess users say. Thankyou for the new contacts.
