I coughed for years. I did castor oil packs for 3 nights. It got rid of all the old stuff in me and really changed my life. Good luck.

What are castor oil packs? I've never heard of them. I've been coughing for over 10 years and I'm at my wits end!

Hey this is a helpful comment! I did my first castor oil pack tonight. Weird question, but did you experience the phlegm being in your mouth when you would do it at night? I think I experienced a detox of mucus but idk.

What lung disease do you have? Does the packs really help?
