I wish it were that easy. My phlegm is so much that it's coming from sinuses, stomach and lungs. I have to throw it up every morning. I wish there was a vitamin or some easy fix. But I dont think so

@proton, I come really close to yhrowing up. Mine's bad enough that it wakes my up from a sound sleep, gagging. I've coughed so much and forced my lungs and throat to expel this muck into my mouth that I'm hoarse in the morning. None of my doctors seem particularly concerned with this (but I do wonder why nearly choking to death can be something to they can dismiss)
I do take guafinesin (generic Mucinex but not the one with cough suppressent, natch, but really for good results I have to take a higher dose than recommended.
