Lean over a pot of water over the stove, with a towel...(don't start a fire). I fixed my phlegm problem in 2 days this way. A few times a day. Viola!!!

I wish it were that easy. My phlegm is so much that it's coming from sinuses, stomach and lungs. I have to throw it up every morning. I wish there was a vitamin or some easy fix. But I dont think so
