Is it real or unreal ??!!
Why do I become tired if using other antidepressant; the chemical is THE SAME but I feel tired when moving to other brand!! My first antidepressant is unavailable in the pharmacy so I purchased the same chemical under other brand name. Yesterday I took my first dose. Now I felt headache, dizziness, negative thinking and despair!! I have already purchased the the first brand I was using, but I am still wondering and need help.

@jakedduck1 This I'd a rough time for you I hope you find answers for your problem
I have purchased the previous medication to ease relapse symptoms; it is now available in the drugstore. What is more important than that is the support I got from people around me to deal with such a relapse!
@jakedduck1 I am very sorry about the passing of a dear friend. It is never easy to lose a loved one.
I think you have some very good suggestions here. I am sure that you could find some respite care for your mother. If not then you will need to pass the responsibility on to your friend's niece.

@jakedduck1 - I also wanted to say how sorry I am to hear that your closest friend had a heart attack and passed away Sunday, even more so with that day being your birthday. It's very understandable you'd be having a hard time. Thinking of you, Jake.
@lisalucier
Thank you Lisa. Just got back from a friends who fixed me a scrumptious dinner with my favorite desert, cheesecake. I was bad. Yesterday someone made me some chicken soup and the day before chicken & veggies and baked potato. I’ve been so spoiled this week. I love being spoiled. I have great friends!!!,
Take care kids,
Jake

Hi Jake,
I am so sorry to hear about your friend's death. How very sad that it occurred on your birthday. If the trust allows you to appoint a new trustee, you can certainly do that. However, if you feel compelled to carry through on your own a lot can be done with an attorney following up and advising you by phone or electronically.
I also would encourage you to get some assistance for your mom. It's important that she allows other people to assist her and this might be the perfect opportunity to get that process started.
Keep in touch and post again and let us know how you are doing with this process.
@jakedduck- Thinking of you at this difficult and confusing time.
Best wishes
Ainsleigh

We got a little side tracked here, but good to hear that you can now obtain your medicine from your pharmacy. I have recently experienced the same change in the effects of one of my medications when my new doctor used a different manufacturer. It's not as effective as the previous one, but I'm adjusting to it. At first I thought it was just my imagination, but now I know it wasn't. Thanks for your post.
@jakedduck1
My deepest condolences for the loss of your close friend in your life Jake. There is a grief thread on Connect that I recommend you check out. In my experience it's very hard to feel the responsibility of following through on the wishes of the person you just lost. You will need time to adjust before you begin making decisions on their behalf. If you can find ways to extend your time, do so. The suggestions offered here are very good. I hope you find peace and acceptance of the changes her death will mean in your life.
