@jakedduck1 I hate to burst your bubble, but those that are not labelled with a percentage are just very mildly dark. I can't remember what percentage they are but I checked that once and they are not dark enough to really qualify as healthy dark which has to be upwards of 70%. I do occasionally have one though, there are some really excellent varieties.

If Ghirardelli chocolate bar is not labeled it can be between 40 to 60 % cocoa beans. 70% is the minimum to qualify for a healthy bar like you said. 40 to 60% is considered semi sweet which is probably why @jakedduck1 liked it. But he is getting there...just another 10% Leonard...you can do it.
And everyone....please don’t say “yuck” to other people’s food preferences....a simple “I tried it but didn’t like it” is good. And a round of applause to all those mom and dad cooks who have to cater to their kids taste buds and make meals to please the whole family. I would have to sit at the table and try to eat some things my mom made but could never finish. It didn’t happen too often but I didn’t get another choice and it didn’t make me like it any better. So you can’t force people to like certain foods and that’s what makes the world go round.
