Always great to have someone else join our conversation.
I drink one coffee with milk, no sugar, in the morning, and I drink clear black decaf tea two or three times a day too.

Thank you! I have been on this forum for a while and most people know my passion for good food and have read my soapbox comments. @jakedduck1 certainly knows my love of grilled octopus....oh I think I made him ill again.
