@imallears I love roasted beets. How long do you usually roast them and at what temperature (I know it probably depends on the size)?

Cut beets in half and add other veggies like baby carrots, small potatoes, onions bake in toaster oven 400-425 degrees for about 50 minutes in an aluminum pouch which steams veggies.
