Looking at Daily Digest saw a post of interest to do with having "itchy shins". Because I've begun noticing intermittent, short times of unexplained "itchy abdomen", I decided to try out the Google doc and found what I suspected that some foods and food groups can cause allergic reactions for some. These 2 sites provided more information and I will start the elimination of those specific foods that may be causing my periodic topical itchy skin: : https://www.livestrong.com/article/455116-what-kind-of-foods-can-cause-body-itching/
and https://www.powerofpositivity.com/skin-rash-foods-cause-and-calm/ . In my case, I had a large container of baby spinach delivered and to use more of it up before its going to waste, I began adding spinach to smoothies, stir frys, and casseroles. I'm pretty sure that is what caused this most recent irritation. Also glad to report that I've Never had an itchy reaction to sweets, just a craving for more, more, more! Smiles to all.
