Hi,
Any bending is exercise . Bend down 10 times (Holding on) and on the 10th bend snag ONE piece of candy. Then after you eat that run in place for 2 minutes and you are done. Bend from the knees and strengthen your quads. No guilt.

That’s cruel and unusual punishment, no one should be subjected to that.

If you have to exercise you definitely deserve more than one piece of candy.
