The main reason I don’t use the stove is because it’s dangerous for people with epilepsy. My mom was washing the dishes one day and she left to go do something else and I stayed there and had a seizure and nearly drowned. The had the stove but fortunately I didn’t get near it. They are dangerous for pyrite Epilepsy. I almost always use the microwave mainly for safety reasons. I had some smoked salmon and turkey when I was in Canada one Thanksgiving and smoked turkey another Thanksgivingwere everything was very good. Believe it or not I actually used to fix a Thanksgiving dinner but now I’ll just go get some unprocessed unsalted turkey slices and have a sandwich with hot pickles sauerkraut and cheese on it.

Hi Jake,
Why do you need more pots and pans?
I’m sure your moms kitchen was well stocked.
I gave many pots and pans to charity 2 weeks ago. Trying to downsize, and had too much.
If you lived close by you could of had everything.
If you really need stuff, try Salvation Army thrift store, or goodwill store.
Some of the merchandise is new or near new.
Is it hot up your way?

@jakedduck1 That sandwich sounds good jake but I'll put a dill pickle not hot .

jakedduck1 I had an uncle who had epilepsy and appreciate your sharing the safety issue.

Hi,
I understand about the stove so there is no need to go overboard on the pots and pans since you rarely use it. How is the toaster oven for you? I know you have an air fryer. My daughter loves hers and does wings and baked potatoes in them and other things.
Add a crock pot to the ensemble and you would be fine. If your oven has a timer, would that be safe for you? Just don’t use the top?
I like the sandwich...I would have had that with rye bread, melted the cheese in the toaster oven then added the kraut and mustard...maybe sneak in a bread and butter pickle. I don’t have pickles anymore but I like the small sweet gherkins and use to like the sour dill if I had corned beef or a Reuben. But I don’t eat like that anymore. And I don’t miss it.

Send a pix of what you eventually get. At least other people who cook for you can use it.
